Great Odin's Raven...According to Variety, the man who was captain of a starship for twelve minutes in the new Star Trek film is in final talks to wield mighty Mjöllnir and battle in the name of Asgard. Honestly from what I saw of him in Trek I would have pegged him a better choice for Captain America, but he's tall and blond and I suppose he could pull it off.
It's really hard to make any judgement without knowing what direction they're going to take the character. It's not like when they cast Downey as Iron Man and everyone went "Ooooooh. That makes sense." This is a little harder to get a handle on. We'll just have to wait and see
